Built around your project

From colour references to collection and delivery, each stage is planned around your requirements.

A controlled workshop process

From arrival to final inspection.

Good finishing is a sequence, not a single spray pass. We plan each stage around the material and coating system to maintain consistency across every component.

Project review

We assess dimensions, substrate, quantities, finish requirements and timescale.

Preparation

Cleaning, sanding, filling, edge preparation and priming are completed as required.

Spray application

Coatings are applied in controlled layers to achieve even coverage and build.

Schubox curing

Suitable work is cured using advanced catalytic infrared drying technology.

Quality check

Colour, sheen, surface consistency and item condition are checked before release.

Common questions

Before you request a quotation.

Good project information helps us assess the finish accurately and return a useful quotation quickly.

What information should I send?
Send dimensions, quantities, photos or drawings, the substrate, required colour, sheen level and ideal completion date. Include details of any existing finish or damage.
Can you match Farrow & Ball, RAL or a supplied sample?
We work with recognised colour references and can discuss matching to designer colours or supplied samples. A physical sample is recommended where visual accuracy is critical.
Do you spray one-off items and larger batches?
Yes. Work ranges from individual bespoke components to repeat commercial batches. Minimum charges apply because every job requires setup, preparation and cleaning time.
Can you collect and deliver?
Collection and delivery can be discussed when the quotation is prepared. Availability and cost depend on the size, quantity, location and handling requirements.
How long does spray finishing take?
Timescales depend on preparation, coating system, quantity and workshop schedule. We will provide an estimated production window once the project has been assessed.
